This welcome offer (“Offer”) is provided at the sole discretion of Razorpay Software Private Limited (“Razorpay”) to all active Merchants onboarded after 20th December 2023, who receive their first Transaction between 20th December 2023 and 31st January 2024 (“You”). You must have completed onboarding, including KYC completion and acceptance of Razorpay terms of use available on https://razorpay.com/terms/ (“Terms of Use”) .
You will be eligible to receive Transaction Amounts totalling to up to Rs. 2,00,000/- (INR Two Lakh only) until 31st March, 2024 without paying any fees for the Services to Razorpay (“Amount Credits”). Terms available here for the use of Amount Credits shall apply.
The Offer is not transferable to any other third party by you, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Offer can be availed only one time by each Merchant (your company pan card, promoter pan card, mobile number, email ID and registered business name should not match with any exisiting business using Razorpay). If any of the above match, you will not be eligible to win the offer)

Any transaction amounts, International (AMEX and Diners) and Domestic paid by corporate cards, wallets, and any EMI based payment methods shall not be eligible for the Offer.

Razorpay reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify you if you do not meet these Offer T&Cs, or in case of any reasons, including but not limited to, any misuse of the Offer, fraud or suspicious transactions/activities.
Razorpay shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for (i) anything arising out of provision of this Offer, and (ii) any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Offer for any reason whatsoever.
The Terms of Use shall apply to the Offer and all Transactions. All capitalised terms not defined here shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms of Use.
Redemption Process:
- Your account will be loaded with INR 2 lacs FREE credits within 48 hours of becoming fully activated. The FREE credits will expire on 31st Jan, 2024 unless you transact before 31st Jan, 2024.
